A leading digital fundraising firm is seeking a French speaking Senior Customer Success Manager to manage strategic accounts in Berlin or remotely within Germany. The ideal candidate has extensive customer success experience in a SaaS environment, strong technical skills, and fluency in English and French. Please note: You can work from our office in Berlin or completely remotely within Germany. The possible working hours are 32 to 40 hours per week.

Your combination of digital customer journey expertise and technical know-how will enable you to make a real difference — all while contributing to a greater cause.
