Job Description
The main goal of our team is to ensure we sell the right products at the right price.
- Optimize our Assortment: conduct analyses and optimize the product assortment to meet demand and maximize profit, utilizing internal and external data for data-driven decisions.
- Implement a Winning Pricing Strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy for thousands of SKUs across markets and categories.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with replenishment, commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams to align strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and Report Key Metrics: track KPIs related to basket size, margin, category penetration, etc., providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and Implement Improvement Initiatives: lead strategic initiatives to increase basket size, penetration, margin, and efficiency, and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to independently drive projects, take ownership, and deliver results promptly.
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Econometrics, or related fields.
- Initial experience in a data-driven environment such as analytics, controlling, business development, or business intelligence.
- Business fluency in English; German or Dutch is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; Python skills are a plus.
- Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar.
- Team-oriented with a creative, can-do attitude and a mindset that embraces challenges.
