Das erwartet Sie:

• Leiten von Demand & Supply Meetings

• Priorisierung in Absprache mit dem externen Kunden, Voice of the Customer, Single Point of Contact

• Proaktive Kommunikation über Lieferverzögerungen, Identifizierung und Nachverfolgung der Ursachen von Bedarfsänderungen

• Koordination aller Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung von bezogenen Bulk- und Wirkstoffen

• Koordination von Produktneueinführungen

• Koordination aller Aktivitäten zur termingerechten Belieferung

• Ansprechpartner für Transfers und Einführung neuer Präsentationen

• Regelmäßige Abstimmungsgespräche mit Customer Service und Network Planning

• Primärer Ansprechpartner für Network Planning bzgl. Fragen an externe Kunden

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Operations Lead

• Erstellung und Konzeption von Reports, Auswertungen und Analysen aus den Systemen der Materialwirtschaft (SAP)

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Supply Chain Management

• Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit lösungsorientierter Denkweise und fundiertem betriebswirtschaftlichem Wissen und Verständnis

• Sehr gute SAP sowie MS-Office Kenntnisse (z.B. Excel)

• Erfahrung im internationalen Geschäft, im Umgang mit Kunden sowie mit statistischen Auswertungen

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
