Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, FSI, Public, Logistic, Automotive and Pharma.
  • Build deep, trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client challenges and position AI solutions that truly make a difference.
  • Manage and grow baseline business (approx. 50%) through upselling, cross‑selling, and strategic account development.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with consulting, marketing and tech teams to create winning proposals and presentations.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Hit your sales targets and celebrate your wins with a team that’s got your back.
Qualifications
  • ~ 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on IT services or SaaS, ideally with experience to AI‑related solutions
  • Proven track record of prospecting and building robust pipelines
  • Ability to pitch value propositions into new market verticals, backing RPFs/POEs with data to maximize margin uplift for prospective clients.
  • Experience with platforms like Microsoft, UiPath, Parloa or Celonis is a plus.
  • Self‑starter with ambition, a winning mindset, and a passion for growth.
  • Confident visionary with experience motivating others around Automation and Agentic AI wherever they set foot.
  • Sales expertise and coaching: a hunter with business acumen within a consultative approach, willing to mentor and train other team members.
