You will be the key counterpart to one of our four members of the Board of Management (General Partners), driving their strategic agenda and serving as a trusted thought partner on all board relevant topics
In close collaboration with our Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, you will lead the enterprise‑wide strategy execution process to realize Knauf’s ambition, and define priorities, opportunities, and risks
Partnering closely with business units and group functions, you will design high impact strategic projects and ensure an efficient, disciplined rollout
In partnership with Corporate Finance, you will align financial and strategic planning with the expectations of Knauf management while establishing and documenting best practices and institutionalizing key learnings
You will bring rigorous problem solving and strategic frameworks to advance corporate initiatives, independently execute prioritized projects with limited guidance from the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development
Holding preferably a master’s degree or MBA and at least five years’ work experience either at a top tier management consultancy or within a strategic function in the building materials or an adjacent industry
Demonstrating a trajectory of rapid learning, constructive problem solving, executive level communication and strong business acumen
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, coupled with proven team development capability and a track record of leading change, make you stand out
As an assertive, performance‑oriented team player, you influence without direct authority, show enthusiasm and tenacity to see difficult tasks through to completion, and build outstanding cross functional and cross regional relationships through excellent communication and facilitation skills
Excellent English and good German skills complete your profile
