The Breakfast Supervisor is the key leader responsible for overseeing daily breakfast buffet operations five days a week. This role ensures all tour group breakfasts are accurately billed, while also serving as the primary trainer for new breakfast servers. Acting as the "go-to" person for all breakfast-related needs, this individual guarantees a high standard of service, efficiency, and satisfaction for both guests and staff.

• Oversee the preparation and execution of breakfast buffet service, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.
• Accurately manage billing processes for tour group breakfasts.
• Train and onboard new breakfast servers, ensuring they understand service standards, workflows, and guest expectations.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, or issues promptly, acting as the point of contact for breakfast-related matters.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant in adherence to health and safety standards.
• Provide feedback and guidance to breakfast staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management and guest interaction.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Valid ProServe certification is required.
