Lift Operations Team Lead - Jasper SkyTram

Overview

Location: Jasper, AB (Pursuit Collection). Pay: $18.50 per hour. Job type: Seasonal, Full-time. Start: Seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2025.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Lift Operations staff, ensuring a safe and efficient operation of the SkyTram.
• Oversee daily compliance with safety procedures, operating schedules, and ticket control.
• Open and close the property for daily operations, performing safety checks and test flights.
• Assist with training Lift Operations personnel and ensure team adherence to lift operation codes.
• Maintain daily operating, safety, and cleaning logs, and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by guiding guests, scanning tickets, and addressing concerns.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, including weather delays and guest scheduling conflicts.
• Act as a key communication point between departments, supervisors, and managers.
• Serve as a First Aid responder and assist with general property cleanliness and water monitoring.
• Represent Jasper SkyTram professionally and comply with safety and workplace legislation.
• Staff transportation driver as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Secondary language skills are an asset.
