Overview

Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB — $20 an hour; Seasonal, Full-time

What will be your daily pursuit?: Your daily pursuit is creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service that inspires tomorrow's adventure!

What will your compensation be?: The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.

When does this adventure begin?: This is a full-time, year round role beginning April 8, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • The Food and Beverage Supervisor under general direction trains, schedules and directs frontline staff to perform their duties to Guest Experience standards.
  • Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
  • Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
  • Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
  • Supervising and supporting on the floor
  • Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory
  • Update staffs schedule and changes
  • Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
  • Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders
  • Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
  • Listen and respond to customer complaints
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times
  • Relieve Servers as required
  • Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

  • Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
  • Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated; Natural ability to lead a team
  • Detail oriented with good communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel
  • POS system experience is an asset
  • Cash handling experience
  • High volume experience
  • Handel stress in a professional manner
  • Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
  • To honour our commitment to Always Honest all employees must consent to a criminal record check
  • Previous Barista experience an asset
