Overview

Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB — $20 an hour; Seasonal, Full-time. Location: Jasper, AB. This is a full-time, year-round role beginning March 4, 2025. The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Trains, schedules and directs frontline staff to perform duties to Guest Experience standards.
  • Prepares and verifies daily cash reports; ensures accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions.
  • Trains staff and ensures everyone feels confident in their role.
  • Supervises and supports on the floor.
  • Coordinates Food and Beverage orders and inventory.
  • Updates staff schedules and changes.
  • Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service.
  • Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders.
  • Receives payment for all services provided to the customer.
  • Listens and responds to customer complaints.
  • Ensures the work area is clean and organized at all times; Relieves servers as required.
  • Upholds the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be excited at living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment.
  • Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated; natural ability to lead a team.
  • Detail oriented with good communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel.
  • POS system experience is an asset.
  • Cash handling experience; high volume experience.
  • Handel stress in a professional manner.
  • Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards.

  • Previous Barista experience an asset.
Work Environment

Beautiful location in the Canadian Rockies; remote and independent work with access to our properties. You will meet team members from across the globe and participate in team events. The role includes physical activity such as walking, stairs, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
