Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members, to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide construction efforts effectively.
• Assist in budgeting processes by providing accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment needs.
