Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Air conditioned. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Urban area. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory.
