Job Overview

Location: Jasper, AB. Pay: $19–$20 an hour (approximately $20.00 starting salary). Seasonal full‑time (Spring/Summer 2025). Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor. Under general direction, trains, schedules and directs frontline staff to perform Guest Experience standards.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
  • Ensuring accurate cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
  • Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory.
  • Interact with customers and maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Involved in the making of and receiving food orders.
  • Receive payment for all services provided to the customer.
  • Listen and respond to customer complaints.
  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Relieve Servers as required.
  • Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment.
  • Mature, energetic, dependable, self‑motivated; natural ability to lead a team.
  • Detail oriented with good communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Accounting experience an asset; experience with Word and Excel.
  • POS system experience an asset.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • High volume experience.
  • Ability to handle stress in a professional manner.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must meet the Organization’s grooming and appearance standards.
  • Consent to a criminal record check.
Work Environment

You will be working in the iconic, unforgettable, and inspiring location of Jasper, Alberta. The role requires a physical working environment involving walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. You’ll work remotely in nature, with daily interaction among team members from across the globe.
