A not-for-profit organization in Welland, ON is looking for a Team Lead (Intervenor Services Coordinator) to supervise and coordinate a team of Intervenors. This role requires a strong background in human services and leadership skills, with responsibilities including program oversight and team management. Team Lead (Intervenor Services Coordinator or ISC) to join our team of front line supervisors in Welland, ON. Reporting to the Manager of Intervenor Services, this position supervises a team of 10-15 Intervenors in Residential and Community programs. The ISC ensures a strong team environment, coordinating and overseeing the delivery of programs for individuals supported in accordance with their person centered plans.
