RK&K is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our Construction Management team supporting CM, CEI, and Design programs across multiple locations. You will be a key member of our Program Management Office, collaborating with internal staff, client project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to analyze schedules, monitor project performance, and report on key metrics.
Essential Functions
- Analyze procurement needs and track critical activities
- Support logistics for materials and equipment handling, storage, and staging
- Monitor program milestones and interdependencies
- Manage project planning and schedule updates
- Coordinate with clients to advance contracts
- Analyze delays using industry-standard methodologies
- Provide early warnings for schedule impacts
- Participate in meetings with project teams and stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum two years' experience in construction project or program management
- Ability to develop and evaluate complex schedules
- CPM scheduling experience
- Proficiency with Primavera P6
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of contract procedures
- Effective communication and strong writing skills
- Understanding of construction logic and sequencing, especially for highway and transportation projects
- Willingness to work in the field around operating equipment
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Additional construction or engineering experience
- Experience with Tilos and Procore
