In this role, you will have broad responsibilities, including ensuring safety, quality, capability building, and loss elimination in your production unit. By prioritizing people and applying your technical skills, you will drive rapid and effective change, with significant growth potential within our organization.

1. Identify opportunities to enhance the transformation process and lead process optimization efforts.
2. Create, implement, audit, and coach performance improvement programs to impact daily results and employee effectiveness.
3. Lead and support the completion of detailed continuous improvement plans.
4. Manage technical improvement projects.
5. Review performance data (effectiveness, line stops, quality defects) to maintain safety and eliminate contamination sources.
6. Lead regular performance improvement meetings.
7. Facilitate problem-solving sessions.
8. Support and lead development activities for autonomous maintenance and related continuous improvement programs.
9. Promote employee engagement, training, and development to maximize manufacturing, quality, safety, and productivity goals.
10. Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards, specifications, and policies.

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Food industry experience in a union environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Management, Product Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Technical problem-solving skills.
• Team player with collaboration skills, risk-taking, and organization abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and achieve results through resources.
