Qualifications

• Current registration in Alberta as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Experience providing training and completing performance assessments.
• Experience in community care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and provide proof of insurance upon hire.
• Current vulnerable sector/criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to a team of Health Care Aides.
• Ensure training, audits, and assessments meet Continuing Care Health Service Standards.
• Provide tutoring to students in the health care aide certificate program.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for medication inquiries.

Skills

Experience providing training and completing performance assessments

Education
