THIS ROLE IS 4 DAYS ON-SITE and 1 DAY REMOTE, ON. Compensation Details at the bottom.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Sales Manager will serve as a hands-on leader focused on maximizing pipeline performance and closing efficiency. In this player-coach role, you will actively mentor and support a high-performing team of Account Executives—joining key demos, assisting in closing high-value deals, and ensuring pipeline and follow-up management. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and frontline execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the sales team , providing hands-on support with live demos, deal strategy, and client follow-ups to drive performance and revenue growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end pipeline management , ensuring proper tagging, deal progression, and timely follow-ups across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Actively engage in the demo-to-close process for short sales cycle opportunities —partnering with Account Executives to accelerate conversion.
  • Coach and mentor Account Executives to improve demo delivery, objection handling, and closing techniques, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine team strategies, improve conversion rates, and align sales activities with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, supporting high-value deals and ensuring a smooth client handoff process.
  • Deliver regular performance reports , forecasts, and insights to executive leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Represent the sales organization at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate the company’s profile and generate leads.

Must-Haves :

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and business development within the SaaS or healthcare industry.
  • Successfully managed a sales team of 10+ , including a mix of SDRs and full-cycle Account Executives, with a proven ability to coach across varying experience levels and drive team-wide performance and accountability.
  • Prior experience working in a MedSpa or aesthetic clinic setting is an asset.
  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to align sales goals with broader business objectives.
  • General understanding of the private paid healthcare system , regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Track record of success in leading and scaling sales teams while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
  • Expertise in developing strategic partnerships to enhance market positioning and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly scaling companies.
  • Knowledge of the broader private pay healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Insight into emerging trends in healthcare SaaS and marketing.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
