• Drive delivery of IT Engineering and Services projects
• Act as Scrum Master for the IT Engineering and Services team
• Manage IT’s engagement with the rest of the business by gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders

• Champion and embed the company's cultural principles as the organization scales globally

• 8 years of experience in an IT project management capacity
• Excellent JIRA skills and experience with JIRA configuration
• Experience managing Scrums, particularly in IT environments, and familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies
• Must reside in Canada
• Strong data management and analysis skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Splunk

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships across multi‑functional organizations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from start to finish
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a flexible problem‑solving approach
• Experience with corporate security and compliance programs related to data handling and audits
