What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive delivery of IT Engineering and Services projects
- Act as Scrum Master for the IT Engineering and Services team
- Manage IT’s engagement with the rest of the business by gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of IT operations and drive decision‑making through operational excellence
- Champion and embed the company's cultural principles as the organization scales globally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8 years of experience in an IT project management capacity
- Excellent JIRA skills and experience with JIRA configuration
- Experience managing Scrums, particularly in IT environments, and familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Must reside in Canada
- Strong data management and analysis skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Splunk
