What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Drive delivery of IT Engineering and Services projects
• Act as Scrum Master for the IT Engineering and Services team
• Manage IT’s engagement with the rest of the business by gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders
• Develop a deep understanding of IT operations and drive decision‑making through operational excellence
• Champion and embed the company's cultural principles as the organization scales globally

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 8 years of experience in an IT project management capacity
• Excellent JIRA skills and experience with JIRA configuration
• Experience managing Scrums, particularly in IT environments, and familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies
• Must reside in Canada
• Strong data management and analysis skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Splunk
