Job summary
A prominent restaurant chain in Langley is searching for a dedicated supervisor to oversee staff, ensure food quality, and manage customer service. The ideal candidate has a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of supervisory experience, especially in a food setting. This role requires on-site work with no remote option.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a food setting.
- Ability to train staff on food safety and preparation.
- Strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules.

Languages: English
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
