Deloitte is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team on a 1-year term!

• Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles
• Proven recent experience with agile collaboration tools such as Miro, Teams, Azure Dev Ops, Jira
• Be an active team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills
• Skill in organization, prioritization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
• Demonstrated ability to delivery time-bound projects while leveraging the Agile SDLC framework
• Familiar with data-driven coaching and use of metric to drive improvements
• Passion for agile methodology and a desire to coach teams achieve their full potential
• Help the product owner to organize the backlog
• Remove impediments / communicate with stakeholders
• Participates in Agile Release Train(s) (ART), Agile team, Scrum of Scrums
• Support and educate Product Owners, especially with respect to refining and maintaining a product backlog
• Ensure both internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information on teamactivities
• Build relationships with other scrum masters to increase effectiveness

• Minimum 6years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years leading Agile teams in an outsourced development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education
• Experience in Talent application implementation and operations management
• Must have: SAFe certified Agile Practitioner/SM, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master(PSM) certification required.
• Nice to have: Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, PSM II).

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
