Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the product suite.
  • Coordinate complex projects with IT managers and decision makers.
  • Develop engagement plans with Sales and Field Engineering.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive resolutions for customer-related projects with corporate teams.
  • Advocate for customers in product roadmap discussions.
  • Support customers through ticket requests.
  • Create multi-customer campaigns via digital channels.
