We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in software implementation to join our team who is bilingual (French Canadian and English)! Must be able to read, write, and speak French-Canadian.

1. Develop the implementation project plan and conduct kick-off meetings with clients and staff. The plan should outline scope, schedule, budget, responsibilities, and resource commitments.
2. Work with the sales team post-contract signing to understand requirements and program details.
3. Manage all aspects of project delivery including resource coordination, planning, tracking, guiding release planning, and reporting progress.
4. Monitor revenue recognition, manage scope, time, cost, and communication with stakeholders.
5. Ensure quality of deliverables, manage budgets, and document project status and risks.
6. Act as a client liaison, resolve issues, and conduct planning sessions with client leaders.
7. Ensure timely payment of invoices and monitor resource scheduling and project milestones.
8. Gather client feedback, resolve roadblocks, and communicate milestone completions.
9. Conduct project handovers, communicate regularly with implementation staff, and identify sales opportunities.
10. Travel to client sites as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years as an implementation professional with solid project management skills.
• Leadership skills, including influencing, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle and enterprise software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain PMP certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to travel 25-50%.
