We are seeking a dependable, diligent, and mature individual to become part of our team as a Technical Support Analyst in Mississauga, Ontario. This is not an entry-level role, and candidates must be able to work onsite at our facility. The successful applicant will report to the Manager of Technical Support Services and be an integral part of the Technical Support team, responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our clients infrastructure, software, and systems. This role entails working in a full-time capacity with a 3-month probation period, and a criminal background check is mandatory.
