A professional services firm in Markham is looking for a Proposal/Admin Coordinator to support business development and proposal efforts. The role includes overall proposal management from initial review through submission, editing documents, and maintaining relationships with internal teams. Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly within engineering consulting, and excellent communication skills. This is a collaborative role requiring multitasking and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
