A leading project management company located in Canada is seeking an experienced Project Material Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee material and equipment coordination, ensuring timely delivery and availability for construction and operations support. Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in materials management, be certified in telehandler and forklift, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with ERP experience as a plus. The role includes a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule, offering health and dental benefits and a pension matching program.
We are looking for an experienced Project Material Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the material and equipment needs for projects, ensuring timely delivery and availability to support construction, commissioning, and operations activities.

The Project Material Coordinator will support the management of receipt, tracking, storage, staging, and issuance of project materials and equipment arriving from suppliers and contractors to the project site.
