A community service organization in Toronto is seeking a Supervisor for Performance & Quality Improvement. This role involves ensuring service excellence across Integrated Employment Services, monitoring program performance using Power BI, and managing financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data analysis and collaboration. A post-secondary degree and 3-5 years’ experience in relevant fields are required. As Supervisor, Performance & Quality Improvement IES, you will play a key role in ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement across the IES program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll:
Your responsibilities will include coordinating performance monitoring, operational support, financial reconciliation, and policy/business systems administration across all IES Centres and related functional areas (e.g., Booking Centre, Employer Engagement). You’ll also manage activities such as data analysis, forecasting, performance improvement projects, and financial claims management—all while exercising a high degree of confidentiality and judgment.
