A leading sales and marketing agency is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the performance and development of Field Leaders and District Managers. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with operational KPIs and assist in training and development efforts. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of management experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage remote teams are essential. Travel of up to 40% is expected for market visits.

The Business Operations Manager manages, trains, coaches, and directs a team of Full Time Field Leaders/District Managers, who in turn manage a large team of full time managers and part time Sales Advisors who are responsible for supporting and executing all Costco Vendor Events, CDS Canada’s projects, and initiatives. This is done within a specific geographic area to ensure all operational KPIs are met. Collaborate with and support the Director of Sales, field personnel at all levels, and all business support units to maintain operational excellence/effectiveness.

Office / Sedentary Requirements. Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 kgs.
