A leading consulting firm in Toronto is seeking a Pension Outsourcing Analyst to provide administrative support for defined benefit plans. This role involves working closely with clients and team members to ensure accurate and efficient plan administration. Ideal candidates will have a degree in mathematics or a related field, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. The salary range is $55,000 to $70,000 CAD annually, along with eligibility for a bonus.

The Role
As a Pension Outsourcing Analyst, you will contribute as part of a team to provide general administration support and pension administration tasks. You will perform recurring plan administration services and work assignments for clients’ defined benefit plans under the supervision of senior analysts and work with the client service delivery team as well as interface with clients to answer questions, resolve issues and complete projects.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $55,000 CAD -$70,000 CAD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
