A leading equipment rental company is seeking experienced Maintenance Administrative Supports in Alberta. The role involves managing invoicing, organizing site requirements, and ensuring office efficiency. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift & Schedule: 12 hour shifts, night shift, 14 shifts on/14 shifts off rotation, starting at 5:45 AM.
Position Summary: Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals is searching for experienced Maintenance Administrative Supports to ensure efficient and smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Earn a base salary plus 6.5% Regional Premium, and bonuses. 14/14 rotation, 12‑hour shifts.
Benefits include paid time off, vision care, dental care, life insurance, employee assistance program, disability insurance, store discount, RRSP match, and corporate events.
Additional commuter support: $1,000/month commuter support, accommodations and transportation options (Fly‑In/Fly‑Out or local) for sites.
