Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals Administrative Support Jasper Alberta

Location: Alberta (Alberta Oil Sands - Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo Region)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift & Schedule: 12 hour shifts, night shift, 14 shifts on/14 shifts off rotation, starting at 5:45 AM.

Position Summary: Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals is searching for experienced Maintenance Administrative Supports to ensure efficient and smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for invoicing and daily tracking routines.
  • Assist with organizing orientation, flights, camp access, and site requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date orientation and site requirements records.
  • Update existing data and verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Track preventive maintenance.
  • Manage the office environment.
  • Track and analyze trends and statistical information.
  • Assist with ordering parts and tracking.
  • Be in direct contact with vendors.
Qualifications
  • A desire to make a difference and take pride in your work.
  • Completion of an office administration diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in an administrative role, preferably on a project site location.
  • Demonstrated high standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, advanced level of Excel.
