- Clean common areas of property including hallways and stairs.
- Handle office administration tasks.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to work at one of our properties. This position would require you to work three days a week and every other weekend.

Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Office Administration
- Preparing apartments for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Responding to the phones
- Cleaning experience
- Basic Office Administration experience
- Ability to perform in a team environment
