Job summary
A rapidly growing boutique residential development company in Ontario is seeking a Manager, Project Finance. The role involves developing financial reports, preparing equity and debt draws, and monitoring budgets for ongoing development projects. Ideal candidates should have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a CPA designation considered an asset. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project finance.
- Experience on development projects considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate financial reports.
- Prepare equity and debt draws for project ownership.
- Monitor current budgets and actual costs.
- Perform monthly bank and HST reconciliations.
- Ensure timely submission of HST filings.
- Liaise with cost consultants and lenders.
- Prepare year-end financial reports and P&L schedules.
