• Manage straightforward short‑term disability (STD) claims from intake to resolution
• Build and maintain strong service relationships with plan members, sponsors, and healthcare providers
• Gather and assess outstanding claims information efficiently
• Approve, pay, and manage STD claims through established processes
• Maintain productive relationships with internal partners to achieve client service deliverables

• Bilingual (French & English) is required for effective communication with clients
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
• Ability to multi‑task and handle high workload volumes with tight deadlines
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Intermediate PC skills with MS Word and MS Excel
• Previous experience in Group Disability Claims is an asset
