What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead global, cross‑functional strategic initiatives to enhance talent strategy and hiring operations
  • Oversee the lifecycle of recruiting operations programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Develop metrics and reporting for program success, presenting outcomes to executive leadership
  • Manage multiple complex recruiting and operations projects utilizing best‑in‑class methodologies
  • Analyze and refine recruitment workflows and processes to drive efficiency and scalability
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, TA Enablement, or Operations in a global organization of 5,000+ employees
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations management, or portfolio management
  • Extensive experience in project management, leading large‑scale, cross‑functional projects
  • Proven experience in implementing TA Tools such as ATS or CRM tools (Workday and Greenhouse ATS required)
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Formal training or experience in technical project management or program management
  • Experience with different project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience implementing skills‑based hiring
