A global consumer intelligence company is seeking a bilingual Client Manager to secure new revenue through sales activities and account management. This role requires a consultative approach to match products and services to client needs, ensuring total satisfaction. Key responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, managing client relationships, and executing sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both French and English, alongside over 5 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a strong proficiency in MS Office.
As a bilingual Client Manager, you will be responsible for securing new revenue by performing all sales activities and account management, from lead generation, to close, through to fulfillment for prospects. Using a consultative selling approach, this individual will match NielsenIQ products and services to client needs in order to achieve total client satisfaction and team financial objectives.
We help small and big CPG manufacturers pinpoint exactly what to do to sell more - without an army of analysts or huge budgets. With targeted solutions, you can easily access, visualize, and extract actionable business insights powered by NielsenIQ data.
Manage client relationship and sales efforts with recurring clients by promptly answering client questions regarding data quality, service offering and product delivery.
Working knowledge of CPG, Market Research, or related industries preferred.
