This role involves hiring and supervising staff, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring terms are met. Candidates should have experience in building maintenance, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach. The position offers a hybrid work model, blending in-person and remote work requirements.

- 2 years to less than 3 years experience in building/property maintenance.

- Negotiate rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner.
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met.
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services.

Bilingual
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- or equivalent experience
- Building/property maintenance
2 years to less than 3 years
Work must be completed both in person and remotely.
- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
- Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
