A prominent health organization is seeking an Office Assistant in Campbell River. This role involves providing clerical support services to clinical staff, maintaining client records, and offering receptionist services including answering inquiries and booking appointments. The ideal candidate will have Grade 12 graduation, additional Microsoft Office courses, and experience in a related role, preferably with mental health and substance use issues. Strong communication skills and discretion are essential for this position.

Grade 12 graduation, plus additional courses in Microsoft Office, plus one year of recent related clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Experience preferred working with adults and youth with mental health and substance use issues.
