A regional healthcare provider in Alberni-Clayoquot is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care for patients. Ideal candidates should be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and possess Basic Life Support certification. The role requires effective communication, the ability to act calmly in emergencies, and at least one year of recent nursing experience. Specialty certifications may be needed for certain units like Emergency and ICU.

Under the general supervision of the Care Co-coordinator or the Patient Care Manager, assesses, plans, provides and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Basic Life Support, Level C required. Recognized post-basic education required for clinical areas, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year's recent related experience.
