0-3 YOE: $68.08/hr., $141,606.40 annually; 3-5 YOE: $71.36/hr., $148,428.80 annually; 5-10 YOE: $75.11/hr., $156,228.80 annually; 10+ YOE: $85.47/hr., $177,777.60 annually
