A global leader in elevators and escalators is seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel to manage contracts and mitigate legal risks at their facility in Canada. This role requires a strong background in commercial contracts, excellent negotiation skills, and fluency in both English and French. Job Duties
As an Associate Commercial Counsel, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the Contract Management process and team and manage legal risk in English and French contracts KONE enters into with its customers and vendors. You will manage a high volume of contracts and prioritize based on customer need.

Responsabilités
En tant qu’Avocat commercial adjoint, vous fournirez une orientation stratégique et un leadership dans le processus de gestion des contrats et gérerez les risques juridiques liés aux contrats en anglais et en français que KONE conclut avec ses clients et fournisseurs. Vous devrez être capable de gérer un volume élevé de contrats et de prioriser en fonction des besoins des clients.
