1. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and investment banking, with a proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights. This role requires proficiency in budgeting, financial auditing, and the use of financial software such as NetSuite. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in guiding investment decisions and optimizing financial performance for the organization.
2. Responsibilities:
   • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
   • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts that align with organizational goals.
   • Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
   • Perform financial audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
   • Utilize advanced Excel functions and financial modeling techniques to analyze investment opportunities.
   • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts, ensuring data integrity across systems.
   • Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.
3. Skills:
   • Strong understanding of investment banking principles and practices within the financial services sector.
   • Proficiency in budgeting processes, financial auditing, and analytical methodologies.
   • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
   • Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
   • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling purposes.
   • Additional language skills, such as proficiency in French, are a plus.
   • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $58.45 - $62.28 per hour
• Additional pay: Bonus pay, Overtime pay, Retention bonus
• Schedule: 10-hour or 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• Location: Starland County, On-site
