Your Team

Join Flair’s Payments & Digital Strategy team, where digital solutions and strong execution support the airline’s growth. Reporting to the Director, Payments & Digital Strategy, the Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining the direction of the product portfolio and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive results. The Digital Product Manager will enhance existing systems, resolve operational challenges, and implement scalable, forward-thinking solutions that strengthen operational performance.

This position is based on-site at our Vancouver (YVR) office.

A Day In The Life
  • Provide strategic direction for business projects by maintaining a comprehensive technical product roadmap.
  • Allocate new projects and provide clear explanations to project managers.
  • Monitor the progress of each project to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  • Bridge the gap between internal business groups and initiatives, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in driving executive initiatives both within the department and across the company.
  • Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of all IT solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop user training programs for core applications to enhance usability and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain a Policy and Procedures Manual associated with core applications to ensure standardized practices.
  • Regularly review processes and procedures to drive continuous improvements that meet evolving business needs.
  • Oversee technical configurations to align with business requirements, including user roles, delay codes, and messaging setup/additions.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor and third-party solution relationships, ensuring service quality and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data governance requirements across all digital products.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring To The Role

  • Education:
    • Postgraduate University degree with a focus on business or technology; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital product management, technology strategy, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital products or platforms from concept through implementation.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to align technical and business priorities.
    • Background in payments, financial services, e-commerce, or other technology-driven industries is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, road mapping, and performance measurement.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies, product design principles, and customer experience optimization.
    • Experience managing vendor or partner relationships to support product delivery and innovation
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Proficient in building and maintaining effective working relationships, demonstrating adept team-building skills, and embodying a customer-focused approach when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong aptitude for analyzing opportunities and problems, offering recommendations, and communicating confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Highly curious and motivated to continuously learn and develop.
    • Demonstrated prowess in influencing and fostering partnerships to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Exhibits effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting across all organizational levels, verbally and in writing.
    • Motivated individual displaying a high degree of professional and personal flexibility.
    • Maintains a thorough understanding of operational and technical knowledge essential for fulfilling the role's requirements.
  • Requirements:
    • Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction
