Job summary
A manufacturing company in Surrey is seeking a qualified individual to supervise and coordinate projects and workers on site. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience, a secondary school graduation certificate, and skills in training, project management, and health and safety compliance. This role requires full on-site presence with no remote options available.

- Must possess strong supervisory and training skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and estimate costs effectively.

- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
- Train or arrange for training.
- Set up machines and equipment.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Recommend personnel actions.
- Read blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Leading/instructing individuals.
