We are working with a Vancouver-based commercial general contractor specializing in TI, new construction, and base building project. We’re hiring a Warranty & Deficiency Manager to lead post-construction support, manage minor service work, and provide occasional site coverage. This is a newly created, hands-on role that requires strong technical ability, customer service skills, and a high level of flexibility for varied hours.

Responsibilities
  • Projects are located throughout the Vancouver + the Lower Mainland area.
  • Resolve warranty and deficiency items for completed projects personally or by delegation.
  • Hands-on minor repairs (carpentry, drywall, patching) and coordinating trades.
  • Executes servicing projects.
  • Respond to urgent or emergency site issues, potentially after hours.
  • Maintain accurate records in Procore for reporting.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (experience as a Site Super, Foreman, or Technician role).
  • Previous Superintendent Experience would also be an asset.
  • Strong hands-on skills and ability to self-perform basic construction tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Procore or other construction/project management software.
  • Highly flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend work as needed.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract.
