A leading software company in Toronto seeks a Product Manager to shape the Library experience utilizing AI and automation. You will collaborate with teams to improve content trust and reduce manual effort. Strong product management experience in B2B SaaS and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this strategic role.
We’re looking for an analytically minded, curious, and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join the Library Mission team — a group focused on making content in Loopio more trusted, complete, and effortlessly maintained through AI and automation.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of Loopio’s Library experience, leading initiatives that:
You’ll partner with engineers, data scientists, and designers to solve complex challenges in knowledge management, content verification, and automated curation — ensuring every answer Loopio delivers is accurate, up-to-date, and confidently used by customers.
This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where you’ll leverage your experience to define and execute a roadmap that advances our goal of a self-sustaining, intelligent Library.
