Understanding the needs of our business members and clients and offering them a UNIQUE and PERSONALIZED experience is at the heart of our mission. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls using a call generator to efficiently respond to the immediate needs of our business members and clients. But your role goes far beyond simply addressing an initial request or delivering excellent service—you’ll ensure businesses have the best tools to drive their success. We also take the time to understand the stories, challenges, and projects of our business members and clients. By offering a personalized and value-added experience, we propose solutions and alternatives aligned with their goals and ambitions.
