We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner - Comp & Benefits to join our team in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise les dossiers et transactions des employés
  • Modélisation de la rémunération
  • Participe à l’administration des programmes d’avantages sociaux des employés
  • Administre les programmes de bonis et de rémunération incitative
  • Agit à titre d’analyste d’affaires
  • Gère les tableaux de bord internes
  • Vérificateurs : revoit les constats de vérification avec les vérificateurs
  • Tâches générales : rédaction de rapports, mise à jour mensuelle de la liste de courriels globale, demandes administratives, équité salariale – au niveau provincial et national.
  • Oversees employee records and transactions
  • Compensation Modeling
  • Assist with administration of Employee benefits programs
  • Administers bonus and incentive-based compensation programs
  • Acts as business analyst
  • Manages internal dashboard
  • Auditors: review audit findings with auditors
  • General duties: report writing, update monthly the global email list, administrative requests, pay equity - provincial and nationally
Qualifications
  • Bilingue (Français & Anglais)
  • Diplôme d\'études universitaire ; Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe aux ressources humaines
  • Certificat: CRHA ou en voie de l'obtenir
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en Ressources Humaines
  • Interactions fréquentes au sein du département et de l’organisation avec les cadres, les ressources humaines, les finances et les gestionnaires des opérations.
