Your Role as Business Development Representative:

WorkJam’s Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) bridge the gap between sales and marketing, filling the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities while gathering information about a prospective client’s complex landscape. You must enjoy meeting new people and talking with them on the phone and online. BDRs are reliable, tenacious, discerning, and intellectually curious. The outbound BDR role focuses on calling into highly relevant prospective customers, identifying business needs, and clearly communicating a strategy for how the customer can best utilize WorkJam. You will be reaching out to people from C-level executives to individual contributors. Breaking through the noise requires creativity, thoughtfulness, and the ability to adapt to constant change. This is a great role to take your current sales career in the tech industry to the next level in enterprise sales.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospects ranging from retailers to restaurants to distribution centers.
  • Educate, strategize, and successfully set demo appointments through a high volume of outbound sales calls – this role is 100% phone based.
  • Become an expert in WorkJam’s product and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs – asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to success.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals with a strong work ethic and tenacity.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to stay organized and manage your time efficiently to complete your daily goals.
What we’re looking for:
  • Software sales experience.
  • Not afraid of high volume outbound calls each day.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
  • Coachable team-players.

Ce que vous ferez:
  • Posséder et gérer un pipeline de prospects allant des détaillants aux restaurants auxcentres de distribution.
  • Informer, élaborer des stratégies et fixer avec succès des rendez-vous de démonstration par le biais d’un volume élevé d’appels de vente sortants - ce poste est basé à 100% sur le téléphone.
  • Devenir un expert du produit WorkJam et adapter rapidement les recommandations du produit pour répondre aux besoins du client - poser des questions approfondies et surmonter les objections et les rejets des clients sera essentiel pour réussir.
  • Atteindre et dépasser régulièrement les objectifs de vente mensuels en faisant preuve d’une grande éthique de travail et de ténacité.
  • Utiliser Salesforce et Outreach.io pour rester organisé et gérer son temps efficacement afin d’atteindre ses objectifs quotidiens.
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Une expérience dans la vente de logiciels.
  • Ne pas avoir peur d’un volume élevé d’appels sortants chaque jour.
  • Maîtrise des applications MS Office, de Salesforce et d’autres outils de productivité commerciale.
