What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role
  • Experience collaborating with software architects and developers on documentation
  • Proven ability to write about programming, APIs, SDKs, and related technologies
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently without external deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • A degree in English, Information Science, or a related field
  • Basic data handling skills for analyzing document consumption and usage
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Word, SharePoint, Miro, Airtable, and GitHub
  • Project management skills to streamline documentation processes
