Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective coding services in accordance with payer requirements.
  • Abstract clinical data from patient medical records and online patient data.
  • Review and interpret patient encounters for accurate code assignment.
  • Assist with research for denied claims ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
